Search flower-covered fallen logs
Queen Bee is an item found in fallen logs covered with flowers. Look for that object and check its collection interaction. It is not a separate boss to summon.
Confirm the item in your inventory after collecting it. A log without a Queen Bee does not establish that the entire biome cannot contain one; there is no reliable drop-rate figure here.
Craft a Beehive
The Beehive recipe is:

Leave space outdoors
Version 0.26.1 fixed Beehives being placeable indoors. Plan an outdoor location rather than copying an old indoor layout.
Version 0.26.1_3 made the Farmer’s beehive job visible at all times. A visible job does not mean the hive no longer needs its construction materials or an assigned worker.
Honey output, coverage radius and exact production rates are separate from obtaining the Queen Bee. Check the hive’s displayed job conditions before expanding into a larger honey production line.
